Intern in TechSoup Polska program

Since 2009, Fundacja TechSoup has been actively supporting the non-governmental organizations' sector both in Poland and in Europe. Our mission is to facilitate access to new technologies by social organizations: software, hardware, and technological solutions. We also teach how to use them. We build communities in which innovative technological solutions are created.

We are currently looking for an Intern to join the TechSoup Polska Program

Communication and promotion

• Co-authoring content for TechSoup Polska social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
• Developing the content of the program website (techsoup.pl), Writing articles, blog posts
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the results of implementing the strategy
• Creating tutorials / guides friendly to NGOs
• Preparing translations (English-Polish, Polish-English)

Coordination of the program

• Support in the process of registration and qualification of social organizations to the TechSoup Polska program and to the Microsoft.nonprofit program.
• Supporting social organizations in accessing technology, including providing information about products via the customer service system (Zendesk, TeamWork)

Due to the current epidemiological situation, the internship is carried out remotely.

Who are we looking for?

If:

• you are a university student or have just graduated
• you are creative, communicative, committed and accurate
• you take the initiative and organize your working time well
• you can work a minimum of 30 hours a week
• you know well MS Office and Google programs
• you know how to create graphics or simple animations (Canva, Adobe)
• you know English sufficiently to allow communication
• you are open to feedback and willing to share it yourself
