Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and help execute global launches of new network programs.
  • Assess launch processes periodically and revise as appropriate; ensure that all related processes are adequately documented.

  • Maintain an up-to-date dashboard on what programs and services are offered in each country across the Network and how each is performing; critical that you understand what factors are contributing to the relative levels of success for various offers in different countries.
  • Identify program gaps across the Network and work with the Corporate Relationship managers on strategies to expand programs to more countries.
  • While this role will be global in scope, it will work especially closely with our partners in Africa and Latin America in order to identify technology offers of greatest need and to help develop effective strategies to advocate for more programmatic resources to be directed towards these regions.

  • 4-6 years of experience working in project and/or program management in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills where the candidate has managed multiple work streams, remote contributors and balanced competing claims for attention and time.
  • Familiarity with technology and barriers to its adoption and use, preferably within the social services and/or nonprofit sector.
  • Excellent communicator used to working with remote colleagues and stakeholders, including with non-native English speakers.
  • Ability to speak foreign languages highly desirable.
