We are looking for an Instructional Designer to develop online and blended courses and training for adult learners. The incumbent will work closely with SMEs to design engaging online learning and interactive activities to achieve specific learning objectives in the context of nonprofit NGOs and technology adoption and management.
The ideal candidate will have significant instructional design experience, experience with adult learners in online environments, and previous experience with course development tools such as Learning Management Systems, Captivate and Storyline, and have proficient video editing skills (Adobe Premier preferred). The candidate must have formal education or training in instructional design (or closely related area) from an accredited institution.
