TechSoup Global is seeking a Senior Dev-Ops Manager with extensive IT experience to help build, operate, and support the next generation Platform solutions of TechSoup Global. We are looking for a passionate DevOps and IT infrastructure Operations expert with experience delivering high quality platform solutions that support a variety of customer use cases. We want someone who can work well in AWS, Azure, and traditional On-Premise hosting environments managing the operational workloads that support TechSoup’s business requirements. The individual will also have experiencing implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure IaaS systems, Linux servers, and Content Management Systems such as Drupal and SharePoint.
As a senior member of the TSG Community & Platform team, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Community and Platform and the VP of Enterprise Architecture to help develop TSG social and e-commerce applications. You will manage a team of DevOps and Infrastructure engineers who work in a variety of different systems that leverage various technologies supporting our business applications and customer-facing platforms. You will have responsibility for helping build and support our next-generation individual and shared platforms to scale for a complex global, multi-language suite of systems to serve a wide variety of users and programs, some of which haven’t yet been defined.
