Operations Specialist, NGOsource

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist, NGOsource will assist and support the operational success of NGOsource by supporting ED file preparation and management, grantmaker and member support, and operational and administrative processes. In this newly established role, the Operations Specialist, NGOsource will also help manage a pipeline of equivalency determinations (ED), as well as related and ancillary services and tasks.
NGOsource, a project of the Council on Foundations and TechSoup, is an online equivalency determination (ED) service for US funders who make international grants. It offers a unique centralized repository of EDs for NGOs and governments located in over 135 countries. NGOsource provides ED services to over 375 grantmakers members and other organizations who are interested in this elite level of grantmaking compliance. NGOsource’s membership includes nine of the ten largest international grantmakers in the US and 18 of the largest 20, as well as donor advised funds, small and medium-sized family foundations, corporate foundations, and community foundations.
Please note: This position will be based in the San Francisco office.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with program management experience to grow and further develop a proven (and growing) program. The successful candidate will have stellar interpersonal skills, will have led programs before, and will be able to work collaboratively in a fluid environment.
