This is a paid position in our San Francisco office.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Global Network Intern will:

  • Develop a live website and work with our partners in Latin America on the goals, audience and content of the site. 
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team who will support this project and help with project management.
  • Set up analytics to allow ongoing evaluation of the site’s effectiveness.
  • Create documentation about how to maintain and update the site going forward, with an emphasis on content sharing among partners an keeping the site fresh.
  • Learn how to work with and represent business owners (TSGN, LATAM partners) in the design and production of a website.
  • Learn about setting up analytics to measure the site.
  • Learn to bridge the needs and goals of a US organization with those of its Latin American partner organizations.

Expected Project Outcomes:

  • Develop a website dedicated to our partners and activities in the Americas/LATAM and documentation about best practices to maintain and update the site.



  • Social networking and non-profit knowledge preferred.
  • Experience living or traveling in Latin America.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Diplomacy and teamwork. 
  • Technical/functional skills needed: Strong writer


  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Interact in a professional manner with a wide variety of people.

Education and Experience

  • Must be actively and presently enrolled an accredited college or university at an undergraduate or graduate level.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • At least two years of experience installing and managing Wordpress sites using custom themes, ideally with a visual page builder, such as Divi or Elementor.
