Assistant, Training Team

Position Summary

The Training Team Assistant will be responsible for assistance in implementing online training program (from mid-August/September 2020 to March 2021), providing technical support for partners and trainers, setting up helpdesk for online learning management system.


    1. Assistance in implementing online training program in the Visegrad region, especially:
      • Promoting online trainings (drafting, collecting and verifying the communication materials)
      • producing and organizing online trainings, reading/verifying the applications, collecting the evaluation forms, moderating the webinars, analyzing training evaluation results
      • Collaboration with external stakeholders (local partners)
      • Supporting training participants with helpdesk for online learning management system
      • Drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring the payment deadlines, executing the performance of tasks
    2. Providing technical support for partners and trainers from 14 countries, setting up helpdesk for online learning management system


Education and Experience


  • Experience in organizational and/or administrative assistance at (online/offline) events
  • Experience in proceeding with contracts and GDPR-related documents
  • Technical skills: producing documents (MS Office: Word, Excel), presentations (MS PowerPoint),
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and in English
  • Polish language native fluency
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Punctuality, thoroughness and accuracy
  • Resourcefulness



  • Knowledge and direct experience with e-learning and or learning management system platforms
  • Experience in moderating online events (Zoom, WebEx) and/or offline events (workshops, debates)
  • Significant professional experience working internationally
  • Experience in working with civic society


Other requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel in Europe and internationally as required
  • Based in Warsaw
